「Lovely place to stay. Was just the two of us. We would say 2nd bedroom is suitable for children rather than infants or adults, due to steep stairs, and layout of the room. Teenagers would love it I'd imagine. Only thing that let it down slightly was the small seating area outside. Just needs a little TLC. A quick sweep out would have helped. Other than that Masham and this property well worth visit, if maybe slightly over priced.」

「Easy check in at the bar, our room was small but fine for us, the only thing lacking is a mini fridge. The hosts and locals are great, friendly and down to earth people. The food is excellent and they serve well kept beers at a reasonable price. I would definately reccomend this place and we will stay again. 👍🇬🇧 」

「I am a few times returning customer to the Town Hall Flats and stay here because it s located in the town square and has disability parking bays right outside. The stairs to the properties can be hard going though and aren't disabled friendly. The apartments are very spacious, clean and comfortable with a very workable kitchen for self catering.」

No food unfortunately but we found an excellent Italian restaurant in nearby Northallerton. 「This is a beautifully appointed cottage with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It's in a quiet location looking out onto a courtyard. Although there is no onsite parking, we had no trouble finding a parking space on the square. Visitors should also be aware that there is no outdoor seating area but we were out and about so this wasn't a problem for us. We would recommend the fish and chip place - but go for small fish and chips! The large are for those with a very large appetite! ...
