「We were traveling with a small dog (six pounds) and selected the hotel based on pet friendliness. All the staff who met our dog were kind and happy to see her. The staff, in general were really very helpful and went out of their way to make the three of us welcome and comfortable. The property is well located. 「Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the complimentary breakfast was good, too. My only complaint is that the door latch did function properly and the staff entered our room twice trying to clean it. However, Marina more than made up fir these shortcomings by putting forth the extra effort to locate my son's missing tablet!」

「I checked in at 8 pm.Room is dirty with someone’s hair on the desk and room is filled with someone else’s perfume smell. Toilet still have paper in it. The room card’s demagnetize frequently. I have to go to front desk to reactivate again and again. Happened to have my door card deactivated unfortunately around 1am while getting some ice. No one’s at the reception and no staff is around. Waited there till around 3:15am when the reception lady returned from somewhere. Definitely terrible...
