"The hotel was nice & very easy to get to the Moto Center"

"Horrible experience in the hotel’s restaurant. Very long wait, when there were only a few tables occupied. Food never arrived and had to complain. Once they did bring the food, it was not complete and never did get completed. Comping the meal was not good enough when the whole group was not fed. Hotel didn’t do much other than say sorry. I do not recommend. "

"We always choose to stay here when we’re in the Vancouver area. The accommodations are amazing, a hidden gem tucked behind all the hustle and bustle. The reason for my 3 star staff review is that when we left at 6:30am, the front desk person was far from hospitable and helpful. It was disappointing, but won’t keep us from coming back!"
