Milk for my coffee came from a large jug and not little milkers which was inconvenient. The toilet in our room did not flush very well and the mirror in the washroom had a big chip where someone could cut themselves.」

「There’s roaches. Staff didn’t offer to give me a new room when I told them twice about it. The room and hotel itself is overall dirty/not clean. Service was ok. Asked for new sheets the first night, staff handed me the sheets for me to swap out myself- didn’t expect that either… They offered to just spray my room down with bug spray after I told them about the roaches the second time. Will not be going back.」

「We had a poor experience. Our TV did not work. The shower was broken and taped with electrical tape. The toilet leaked. The rooms smelled musty. The breakfast area was dirty. This was a horrible experience.」

「The price was affordable and near a lot of shopping and restaurant options. There were no amenities. You had to wash your own rags and towels. No toiletries only two tiny hand soaps. No kitchen equipment at all. No pots, nothing and, silverware or plates. Couldn’t use the kitchen. room was worn down. the outside door kept being slammed all through the night.」

「Breakfast normally has one of the best offerings of a hotel breakfast, but this trip the hot breakfast had mostly empty bowls showing signs of lack of attention by staff. After fresh food was delivered, it looked like a pack of wild animals attacking prey. Would atay again but have back up breakfast plans」
