Asked for new sheets the first night, staff handed me the sheets for me to swap out myself- didn’t expect that either… They offered to just spray my room down with bug spray after I told them about the roaches the second time. Will not be going back.」

No kitchen equipment at all. No pots, nothing and, silverware or plates. Couldn’t use the kitchen. room was worn down. the outside door kept being slammed all through the night.」
