"This is a wonderful place to stay. The house was spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed. There were even a few items that we didn't expect that was provided. Defiantly have to have 4WD or AWD to get up drive. It is in a quiet area but still close to things. Heather the host was quick to respond to any questions I had. I would 100% recommend this home to rent and will stay here again when we go back."

The only suggestion I would make is more window units since only two of the rooms have them but there were box fans provided for the other rooms. "There was a septic tank issue, which flooded the bathroom. I had to find another place to stay. Evolve refused to refund me for that night. Never again. "

"On the plus side, the house is very cozy. The deck with mountain views is awesome! We spent many hours out there. On the negative the driveway is in terrible shape. We almost had to call AAA to get out the first time. We ended up parking at the top for the remainder of the visit, which involved an uphill climb every time we went anywhere.
