「It is good for business travel. Spartan restaurant but tasty sandwich.」

「The staff was friendly but our A/C didn’t esp second day a guy came to fix it, but when we got back it was doing the same thing. Also on carpet next to bed there was what looked like vomit that perhaps was wiped by a towel but never cleaned by hotel. They also never cleaned our room in the 3 days we were there. We had to ask for towels.」

「Vibrant colors and comfortable lounge area with breakfast was nice. Free parking was excellent and easy to access. Room was mostly clean but shampoo/conditioner had not been refilled before my stay and were not refilled on my cleaning day. Staff were somewhat helpful but not as helpful as they could have been, especially regarding the snacks for purchase when they were not willing to point to something I was looking for even though I asked and instead let me find it myself.」

「The room was okay but the elevator was broken and the ice machine on the 1st and 2nd floors were broken so it wasn’t the best stay.」

「My fourth stay at the Kalamazoo House didn't disappoint. As always, Amy is a delight and the breakfasts are a great start to a day. The room was in excellent condition and everything worked as expected. Can't wait to have an excuse to come back.」

「There was a floral cleaning scent everywhere. I opened the window to my room to air it out, but when I closed it and turned on the fan, the scent was coming out with the fan air. The bed was super comfortable and the towels were very ok for the price of the room」
