"If i could rate the staff better than excellent i would, they were all amazing. The room was nice and breakfast was always amazing. My only complaint would be the pool. It was cloudy (which most associate with dirty) and the area was in need of some upkeep (rust stained areas where the humidity sweat, peeling paint, dying/overgrown plants). I did like they had plenty of towels and floaties so thoughtfulness was prevalent. We had a wonderful stay and would again, mainly for the staff!"

"Was unaware that this hotel would be undergoing renovations during our stay. While this would not generally be a huge deciding factor, this hotel however was in a massive state of disrepair. Broken tiles in hallways, rooms, and elevator in addition to obviously painted over and concealed mold in rooms. The carpet in the room was coming up enough that the tack strips were showing. The breakfast was minimal and unchanging for the 6 nights we stayed. This hotel would do well to just close their doors while completing renovations. Very misleading from the pictures online. Would not recommend."

"Made reservations on Hotels.Com for a King Bed for one night, Hotels.com says rooms have coffee maker that is false. When checking in I was told my room was given away and that would have to settle for a room with two double beds. No coffee maker in room, no hair dryer in room, not even a small refrigerator to keep things cool for my travels the next day. Also barking dogs will keep you awake at this hotel. I honestly don’t get all the good reviews about this hotel. Only good thing is that’s it’s close to Amtrak Station for which is the sole reason I booked this hotel. My advice pay the extra $15-$20 bucks for a better hotel that doesn’t allow pets and has a breakfast in the morning and coffee maker and refrigerator in the room. Avoid Motel 6! "

"Bought two rooms one through Expedia and one through the Best Western and it was quite a considerable change in the price. I would love someone to call me back and refund me for the difference that was charged to me versus what they were given through Expedia based on the charges of the hotel, secondly the water was out in the hotel the whole first day and the second and third day the elevators were out and I have 80 year-old parents that were unable to go up for flights of stairs. They said they were gonna take care of it, but they never did. It was still throughout our whole entire day I would like someone to contact me. "Awful service. The room had a bad smell & they did nothing about it saying it’s because the AC hasn’t been running prior to check in. I requested an extra towel and they never brought it to my room. I’m expecting someone to reach out to me about this experience "
