「This suite was fantastic. The beds were the most comfortable we've ever stayed in away from home. It was very quiet. Location was great. Lots of trees and in the woods feeling. Loved the wood decor and accents. Kitchen was well stocked and had a full size coffee maker, small stovetop, and nice size fridge. Parking was a bit confusing for room #10 because there are no parking spots in front of the room and it's contactless check in with no front desk. Hosts were fairly responsive via text,...

「Shower was horrible I felt like I got out with shampoo in my hair hardly any pressure. My car was hit in the parking lot no one left a note or notified the staff and apparently someone was going to email me the camera footage but nothing was ever sent. Air conditioner kept me awake sounding like a cyclone was going through my room. I don't think I'll be visiting again.」

「From the dilapidated, deserted IHOP next-door, to the bright parking lot light shining through the inadequate curtain, it felt a little dingy. The staff were friendly and helpful. If you can’t find anywhere else, it isn’t terrible, but if you’re wanting something clean and comfortable, where you can get a good rest, I would look elsewhere.」

「The room was clean and stocked with towels. No ice machine on the 3rd floor. Free cookies at check in were tasty! They did not notify us at check in about WiFi or breakfast but we figured it out. Nice stay for family. No elevator!」

「The stay overall was okay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The problem with the hotel I would say are the rooms. The rooms were clean and stocked when we arrived but, the beds are so uncomfortable. The beds were so firm. Along with the pillows, the pillows are so tiny and flat. It was really hard to sleep at on something so uncomfortable. I didn’t get a full nights rest due to that. Also, we never had anyone to restock the rooms with clean towel, clean sheets, toilet paper, or taking...

「Clean, close to waterfront activites, an abundance of quaint, unique shops, eateries and city center. Fair pricing for the area. Staff was relaxingly helpful & friendly. Adequate, safe parking. I'll definitely be adding Resort City Inn Coeur d'Alene into my travel folder and will utilize when in town.」
