「Clean and very comfortable 」

「The hotel has a fantastic location; you can watch the sunrise from the lobby every day. The restaurant overlooks the lake, offering stunning views while you eat breakfast. The hotel facilities are also excellent, with the outdoor heated pool being a wonderful feature. Hot coffee and hot water are readily available in the public areas; a more varied breakfast selection would be even better.」

「Evening check in person seemed annoyed she had to get off her phone to check us in, she was rude, we could definitely tell she didn't want to be there and that we were an inconvenience to her. Player's club staff also acted inconvenienced to assist us. No one seemed happy to be there. Room hallways were under remodel with wet paint signs and long nails sticking out of trim. Hotel definitely needs some updating.」
