「Nice clean new hotel」

「The room was clean and had everything we needed. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was good. The room has air conditioning. It has an indoor pool. It was definitely worth the price we paid which was on the lower side. We'd come back here again.」

「James was the best out of all the workers, the female manger was not very friendly. We had to move rooms due to the fridge not working but James made sure we were taken care of and always had a smile on his face. The females at the front desk acted like they didn’t enjoy their job at all. We had to call to get our room cleaned because it wasn’t done while we were out all day.」

「Best Hotel I have stayed at in a long time! Beautiful well maintained property. Room was very nice & CLEAN! Comfy beds, quiet area. Hair dryer was bomb, Im gonna order one for home. The Dove body products were really nice as well. I especially liked the lotion and shower gel. Plenty of charging ports (USB AND USB-C) built in room. Refrigerator and microwave nice clean. 「This hotel was convenient for what I wanted to do. Although it looked like it had been recently updated it was not a very good update. The door would stay open because it would catch on the carpet so you had to be very careful to make sure the door was shut before you left. Also, there was a dirty washcloth in the bathroom.」

「2 of the front desk employees & a guest tried to BREAK into my room at 1 am! Terrifying myself & my daughter. They kicked our door, used the key card several times & even put their fingers inside the door to move the bar. At one point they actually got the bar off and opened our door, my daughter put all her weight into the door & closed it and locked it again! I had to be up in just a few hours for a big horse show, so to say the least, I was completely exhausted during my show!!! The manager...

「Yes but it was broken busted, bugs can get in from outside. No the floor was filthy dirty not been mopped. Then when I wipe up water from tub the floor were very dirty. Turn my white socks very dirty., may not be able to even bleach them. Need weather stripping, and a lot of repair that were previously damaged, I took pictures of all so I not be blamed.... There's more I should have been charged for the stay at all .. should of had a free night... More but I'm tired didn't sleep at all ... They...
