"Only complaint was the 4th floor ice/water dispenser was out of order. Great staff, elegantly appointed. Worth the money. Oh, the beds, they will shift if you and your lady friend are aggressively playing."

"Great location to the Silos. Lots of restaurants and breweries in walking distance. Garage parking with the hotel. Great stay if visiting Waco. Nice pool to cool off after a day of walking around to see the sights."

"Pool was down, and only ice machine that worked was on the bottom floor. Also only half a roll of toilet paper with no replacement at start of visit (stayed 2 nights). Staff was really nice and and as accommodating as they could be. (Short staffed). The lady who checked me in was really amazing and helped me through a mess up they had of double booking the room I reserved. She really went above and beyond to correct the mistake and help me get in a room after my 17 hour drive. Her positive attitude really helped my mood (exhaustion/sleepy), even with the mess up."

"Had olenty of activities for all ages, most things opened as soon as the sun was up so you hear kids laughing and playing. My kids had a blast at thr pool and the playground we also ate ice cream while truing our hand at the crane machines in the arcade. Cabin was awesome everytbing yiu need to make your stay co fortable. Our cabin had a coupke things broken/missing but wasnt a big deal still had a great spring break. Now we need to try the New Braunfels location. "
