「This was exactly what our little family needed. Cozy, clean, comfortable. It came stocked with random toiletries I’m guessing were left by previous guests. (Thanks to whoever bought the aloe lotion by the way). As well as some beach gear, a plethora of towels and a few useful kitchen items. Checked into a hotel on the other side of the island and immediately missed the quiet little house where I could listen to the interesting night wildlife. The house is older by well maintained. 「Lovely place to stay. 1 really tall bed was an adventure to jump into but was fun being so high up off of the ground. The home was really clean and it was a really nice touch with the gift pack. The balcony is really lovely spot early mornings and evenings to chill out on too. 」

「This location is absolutely beautiful. Weather you are looking to stay on the Kilo side of the island for the luscious land scape or to just disconnect for a while. The house is a home away from home in all aspects, especially if you have a family that wants to stay and hang out together. The easy check in/out was wonderful. The only thing that would have made the cooking and cleaning experience better would be the addition of measuring cups to the beautiful kitchen and a vacuum to use to...

「The cottage was fantastic. Had all the amenities. It was in a quiet neighborhood, with a view of a golf course, but easy driving distance to the Volcanoes National Park and the town of Volcano. We were very busy seeing the various attractions of the island, such as waterfalls, the black sand beach and South Point, and hiking in the National Park. We wished we could have spent more time at the cottage. Highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again. 」

「Very clean, has everything you need to stay for a week. Large space, big enough for 6 people. Nice location, close to Volcano NP. Water pressure is a bit lacking.」

「I was super excited to stay at this property. The pluses...the Koy pond. The fish are amazing and love to eat. Also, the sounds at night from nature. Would have been nice to have a lounger in the sun room rather than just chairs. Not many other pluses. We tried to get connected to Internet. The welcome book didn't seem to match the house. The descriptions were off. There were at least 5 remotes but none of them did anything. Only one turned off and on the TV. TV was activated through Roku....

「It was a nice condo. Relaxing and spacious for family of 6. Everything was functional. The steep road to the condo was a surprise, but manageable. Short walk to pebble beach, with perfect sunset and a small trail along the shore. Only we didn't expect that much mosquitos in Feb. 」
