"Pool was great until we had to evacuate because of an "Incident". I noticed it was open an hour or so later."

"Traveled with our dog. It was hassle free, and they were very accommodating. Would definitely stay again."

"Awesome front desk service! We were there for a dance competition snow storm came. Very accommodating- clean room comfortable beds. Excellent location. All around very comfortable stay!"

"Reserved a 2 queen, they gave us a king and pull out. Would not switch or give us a refund. The pull out was peer springs, no mattress."

"When we arrived and checked in we went to our room and when we unlocked the door with our card there was someone still using the room. So we went back to the front desk to tell them there was someone still in the room the staff had no clue that there was someone still in the room. The person at the front desk got us another room and when we got in that room it didn't look like it was even cleaned. There was hair in the sheets of the bed and hair all over the bathroom floor. And when we checked out we told the person at the front desk about it and all she said was oh I'm sorry to hear that and pretty much just sent us on our way. We will never go back to the Quality Inn St Cloud West in St cloud MN."

"Room was nice and clean, pool was very cold and hot tub was not very warm and very small and didn’t have many breakfast options to choose from. Lastly if you like hard firm beds this would be great for you however I do not and thought it was awful but, that’s what you get for staying at hotel too just thankful it was clean and staff were nice 😊 "

"Flannel bottom sheet and cotton top sheet. Flannel was pilled. Metal items were rusted. Tub was gross. Carpet was stained. Someone vacuuming or running some machinery at 10:30 PM. Outdoor sign advertises pool with water slide but pool was out of commission. The staff was nice. "
