"The agent at the front desk was very rude, as an elderly couple, 82 and 78, we requested a room near the elevator, she put us in the very farthest room possible, 4th floor, furthest room on that floor. We were told the next morning it was because we had used Hotel.com. There were no blankets in the room, we had two sheets on each bed. We’ve stayed before and were very happy, it’s the reason we came back, never again"
