「A very pleasant stay」

「First and foremost Nikola was excellent- provided wonderful customer service. It’s hard to rate the hotel itself because we went during motoGP when hotel prices across the board seemed to be 3 times the normal cost. We also went during a heat wave and the hotel does not have a/c. They did provide fans/cooling units but they were no match for the property’s infrastructure and heat. That said the rooms were clean, breakfast spread was nice and the staff was great! Location was also a plus.」

「The only good things about this hotel are the location. It is located in the centre of Brno. The staff at the front desk is quite helpful. However, the hotel's maintenance and housekeeping services are awful. Many things are out of order or in poor condition, including the air conditioner, the room lights, no hot water, and a broken arm on the armchair. The window cannot be opened, and the room is very dimly lit. The breakfast is just okay; very little food to choose from. It is not worth the...

「Clean, spacious, modern 」

「The hotel is quite basic but adequate for a couple of nights. The number code to access the room is convenient but an internal lock would have made me feel more secure. The free mini bar was great but a kettle and some tea and coffee would have been even better. The breakfast was mediocre. The hot food was barely warm and no microwave oven is available. Overall, I was happy with my stay.」

「This is a great hotel in a great location. The hotel is above a brewery, the breakfast buffet was well stocked, and the front desk staff was very helpful. My room was quite large for a central hotel and very comfortable.」

「Staying in the bunker was definitely a unique and interesting experience, and the staff were very friendly. However, the rooms were quite cold, and since you only get a sleeping bag, it can be uncomfortable, especially for longer stays. The bathrooms could also be cleaner and better maintained. I would recommend it for one night, or two at most, mainly for the experience itself. Obviously not suitable for people who are claustrophobic.」
