"The front desk staff were extremely kind and helpful. Since it was my first time in Europe, my travel and transportation planning didn’t go well. I got off the bus very late, and it was cold. Thank you so much for letting me stay at the front desk instead of being stranded outside,I truly appreciate it."

"The room was big with good space to open both our 28" luggage cases. The location is about 10 mins walking distance from the town center. We got a 12 floor room, so the view was awesome! The breakfast provided fair amount of selections. Staffs were all very kind and helpful. There were, however, small things that didn't make it perfect: * After every shower, there would be a small water stain in front of the toilet room. The small leakage seemed to go under the sink and became a tiny pot near toilet. * Probably due to the high floor, the water sink sometimes would not get enough pressure to provide water. Had to try a few times for it to work again. * Our toilet light stopped working on the 3rd day. But I've informed the front desk about this during check-out, so it should be fixed soon."
