"I stayed for one night when I was in Dusseldorf for a concert. The hotel is an excellent pick - it is located right by a tram (U-bahn?) stop from which you can go directly to the HbF as well as the Mitsubishi hall. My room was very clean - perfect for one person. The curtain in the window did have a hole in it, but it honestly made no difference to me. The staff was very nice and helpful."

"The only thing that kept this from being a 5 star review was not having hot water one morning at 7:30am and the hotel staff being in denial about it. Other than that, it was a fantastic place to stay. The valet service was nice...he met us at the door and parked our car which was very welcome after the challenges encountered parking at other hotels. The room was pretty large (didn't care for the pillows, however), and it was reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend it."
