The location is great next to the Starlight Express Theatre which we were visiting. Unfortunately the bar was closed after we’d seen the show although we were able to use the fridge in the lobby. Breakfast was a buffet style and an excellent selection. The room was a good size although the decor was rather dated. Overall we had a good stay.

Obviously this hotel would be the best option if you booked the Starlight Express show as it's literally next door to the venue. The staff were polite, helpful, efficient, and spoke great English. Rooms were clean and functional and there is an option to book a buffet dinner for after the matinee or after the evening show. The hotel will costa bit extra than the ones further away, but it is more than worth it. Make sure you check in at least half an hour before the show as there may be queues from other guests during that time.

Nette Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Sauberes Zimmer, Betten hart und unbequem. In der Bar war der Service an Silvester eine Katastrophe, langsame Bedienung, ein Mitarbeiter total unfreundlich, sehr schlecht organisiert. Wir wären gerne bei dem Silvesterbuffet dabei gewesen, aber leider hat uns niemand im voraus darüber informiert. Das Frühstück am war ok. Die Nähe zum Starlight Express war super, gleich gegenüber.

Der Grund für die Buchung des Hotels war ein Besuch des Musicals "Starlight Express". Die Nähe des Hotels ist einfach unschlagbar. Man kann sozusagen entspannt rüber laufen. Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten unsere Buchung zu finden, wegen einer Systemumstellung, konnten wir unser Zimmer beziehen. Ein etwas in die Jahre gekommenes, im EG gelegenes, ordenliches Zimmer. Es war sauber und die Betten Top. Einzig das Bad! Die Toilette ist so in die Ecke gepresst, das man sich unter Umständen den Kopf stößt beim hinsetzen. Ausgestattet mit Badewanne, auch gut. Es sei denn man möchte Duschen. Ein Vorhang, der im geschlossenem Zustand den Wasserhahn verdeckt. Abenteuerlich! Für eine Nacht ok, für länger eher nicht. Zumal man auch von den Zimmertüren immer wieder aufgeschreckt wird, da sie unglaublich laut zuschlagen. Die Mitarbeiter, das muss man aber auch sagen, sind freundlich und bemüht. Das Frühstück lässt ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen!

Das Hotel kann man uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Flurboden ist voll mit Flecken, die Zimmer waren sauber. Direkt am Musical Starlight Express, etwa 30 Sekunden Laufweg😅😂❤️
