"Apart from the lifts being very slow and only one out of the 3 working, it was an enjoyable stay! The staff were more than friendly and very helpful. Room was very clean and although we had no fry pan, a couple of hours later we were delivered a brand new one. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, they went above and beyond!"
