「So bad we checked out early! Our "Premier" cabin was less than premier. Poor linens, it was maybe 12' from the highway, the television did not work nor any internet connection. We talked to the person who checked us in, and he moved us to a much smaller cabin where everything was supposed to work. We tried to make it work but just couldn't. The bed was smaller and uncomfortable and when we tried to take a shower in a very inadequate space the water smelled severely of sulfur. It made us sick....

「The cabins are small, cheap and not well maintained. The AC unit was as loud as a lawnmower and made concerning banging noises every time it cycled off, and there were beams of light streaming through the cracks between the AC unit and the wall. For whatever reason the radiator in the bathroom was on high when we got there, so the bathroom was even hotter than the 95 degrees outside. 「As 2 college girls we booked the two bed tent and were extremely excited to stay at the property however we got stuck in a flash flood and experienced extreme rainfall, thunder, and lightning to the point that the highway to even get to the property was closed. Management did nothing to understand that we were unable to make it to the property and only offered a credit that would expire within 3 months of our booked stay with no ability for us to actually use it.
