Excellent hotel. It's located beside the Central Festival mall. Walking distance to Asean Night Market & Greenway Market. It was easy to get grab services. Staff was friendly and our check-in was smooth.

Noise level hardly bearable
Hotel is recent and modern. However, the family roon was large and well equiped. However, the soundproofing was terrible and it was like all the windows were open permanently with a very buy 6-lane avenue just passing in front and an open-air live concert venue only 150m away, the sound level reached 78dB in the room with all windows closed! So, if you are hard of hearing or partially deaf, this is a great place. Otherwise, go somethere else if you want to sleep early...

We stayed two nights and found the location excellent, just next to Central Hatyai and within walking distance to ASEAN Night Bazaar and Greenway Night Market. However, the bathroom facilities could be improved - the water pressure for the shower is too low, and there should be some hooks behind the bathroom door to hang our clothes. No doubt there is a towel bar in the shower area, but if we are not careful, the items hung there could accidentally get wet. Overall, yes, we would stay again.

The best budget hotel in Hat Yai. Rooms are spacious, clean and price is very reasonable.

Stayed 2nights, room was spacious, is a little noisy as hotel is by the main road. Hot water at best is lukewarm. Room was for 3pax but had only 1 chair . Overall acceptable for the price range

The location right next to the mall is the main reason. Other than that, there is nothing which stand out. Cleanliness was average. This is my 4th stay, the stench from the bathroom drainage is getting worse over time. Their signature pillow case need to be laundered more often as I can smell the drool stench.

The room condition was ok, however there was a problem with the power supply in the room. So the water heater and all the plugs don't work. I had to call the front desk and someone came up to fix it. The problem occur again in the morning so we had to change the room.

Staff are very nice and friendly. After check-in and I put my luggage then check the toilet- I found tissue paper in the toilet bowl. But another is okay.

Super duper friendly and helpful staffs. The uncle staff had show us how to save money by using free shuttle service from central festival to downtown. And due to language barrier with local restaurant, another sweet n helpful staff had help my friend to call up the noodle restaurant regarding her selfie stick which left over at the restaurant. Top compliment to both staffs
