「Our plane was cancelled and we informed Expedia that we would arrive one day later. Eventually we got refund of one night, and early check-in for free, which is very good. The apartment is clean and spacious, and there are sufficient washing tablets provided for washing machine and dish washer. There are also sufficient utensils for cooking. 「We were only here one night, but I loved staying in this flat! It was a real insight into how people live their everyday lives in a city the size of Oxford. Manu was excellent about communicating with us and made sure we would have no trouble finding the flat or getting into it. 「It was just ok. Location was excellent for us which is a big plus but let down by poor communications (no response to phone calls or emails at all). Check in instructions were sent, but after check in time. 「We arrived a little early and greeted by Pauline who is extremely welcoming and friendly. Our suite (Tailors) was ready and we were able to check in. Everything was immaculate, including the lovely garden which has plenty of seating. 「My colleague who stayed here said it was clean and beautifully decorated. It is about 1 min to Reading Town Centre. There is some mild traffic noise from the buses early morning but nothing to do with the property. This didn’t affect the stay and wasn’t noisy enough to disrupt any sleep.
