"The Abbey used to be nice but it has become very run down. There was a whole section of rotten and splintery wood behind the slide in the children's pool. The lock on the sliding glass door in my room was broken. They have clearly stopped investing anything in maintaining the property."

"Very nice property. Super clean and staff was helpful. They provide daily breakfast and have an outdoor patio outside of indoor pool. It was half the price of other hotels in delavan. Minutes from the lake. Highly recommend."

"Even though we had a reservation and a confirmation, the clerk couldn’t find it. Our room was not clean- one bed had visibly dirty sheets. We asked the front desk to change them-they didn’t-so unacceptable. Every other hotel was completely booked, so we were stuck. We will never stay here again."
