"The was ok , few things that i didn’t like,first the parking,comes out from no where, And second to many hiding fees , on the beginning it says you pay this amount,including taxes and all fees, And than when you check out , they will charge you $room fee, $for occ tax ,i don’t know whats that even is !! In the room there was nothing in the fridge (i know i have to pay for what i take from fridge)but nothing!!! Anyway long story short ! I ended up paying way more "

"I recently had a very disappointing experience at Hampton Inn this past Easter weekend. Unfortunately, we didn’t even end up staying the night because of the condition of the property. I do want to start by saying the front desk attendant was wonderful—very kind, welcoming, and professional. That initially gave me a great first impression and made me feel excited about our stay. However, things quickly changed as we headed toward the elevator. There was visible water damage throughout the hallway—the wallpaper was bubbling everywhere, baseboards were chipped and broken, and near the ice machine there was a noticeable hole in the wall that appeared to be covered with a piece of wood. It already felt concerning. When we got into the room, it only got worse. The room had a strong, musty smell—like trapped moisture, which immediately made me uncomfortable. The wallpaper inside the room also showed extensive bubbling and damage, and the lamps were rusty and worn down, adding to the overall feeling of neglect. I’ve stayed in less-than-perfect places before and made it work, but this was different. The condition of the room made it impossible for me to feel comfortable enough to sleep there. My husband could see how upset I was, and by around 9:30 PM, we made the decision to leave and go back home. We didn’t stay the night at all. This was extremely disappointing"

"Room was clean and very well kept. Staff are very knowledgeable and professional. Breakfast is standard. There’s parking within the hotel premises."

"There was a first who started screaming and banging on really and doors across the floor. This continued for 2 hours beginning around 5am. We were unable to sleep or return to sleep after the event. We brought it to the attention to the front desk but they could not do anything but apologize. "

"The staff was very nice and welcoming. The room was clean and comfy love that. I will definitely stay here again "

"Property was clean but outdated. Breakfast was subpar compared to other similar hotels. There is a Dunkin next door but this means we could not take advantage of complimentary breakfast. The accessible bathroom was large but would have benefited from a walk in shower and the showerhead was too high. The controls were difficult to manipulate. Would not have been usable by some in a wheelchair. The bedding was thin and lacked a comforter or quilt. The pillows were thin and not supportive. The room doors were quite heavy and would have been challenging for someone with accessibility needs."
