「Disappointed that the new owners had not got food on if I’d known I wouldn’t have booked there ended waking half a mile to find food and taxi back not very good 」

「Quaint location in an historical building. Some uneven floorboards and doors would get stuck, but that’s to be expected ina building several hundred years old.」

「Our room was excellent (Room 5) with sufficient space for 2 armchairs. Meals excellent. Staff friendly. We have shall visit again.」

「Great location for Saltburn & Whitby, lovely, quiet village. Sunday lunch was delicious, big portions, very good value for money. Would highly recommend. The room was clean & very comfortable with fantastic views. The bed was very comfy too. The staff were all very friendly and attentative. Will definitely visit again. 」

「Perfect location. Bus stop and train station are close by. Property run down and in need of repairs. You get what you pay for! No internet in the rooms only in the pub next door. Can hear pigeons outside and sounded like something was in the loft. 」
