「Fantastic hotel. Competent and friendly staff. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the entire facility. Bonus that rooms have vinyl plank flooring. I feel carpet is disgusting in hotel rooms. I didn’t have to question any cleanliness here. I constantly saw staff providing upkeep to common areas. 「The Hyatt was good. The first night we were there we had a room on the 3rd floor rooftop out the window and when we started to go to sleep we noticed a hugh noise outside like a compressor running. Didn't think we'd sleep so Manager came up and moved us to the 5th floor. Great attitude no problem at all. Breakfast was also good lots of choices.」

「Another great stay here! The hotel was in the middle of having the carpets professionally cleaned, but that didn’t bother me! If anything, it put a great image in my mind about the hotel’s mindfulness of keeping the property in great shape! The rooftop reception was great as well! Really enjoyed that! Will return again soon! 」

「I really have no complaints regarding this Hotel. I thought a few areas in the room could have been cleaner / updated. A little rust here and there and dust under the sink in the corner. However, staff was awesome and friendly. Breakfast was fantastic. Everything was nice and quiet for the most part.」
