「The Owner was not very pleasant and polite. She needs to learn humility and be more hospitable. The room need to smell more fresh, floor needed sweeping because hair and dust was on it. Why did I pay $90 US just to sleep 4 hours until my flight was ready, just to feel like I am begging her to stay or like I am bothering her? Place is okay but she needs to learn proper customer service.」

「The room is not clean at all. You can't see the ocean from your room or house which you must be careful when you decide to book. The host is not friendly as they come from New York and all they care is only money.」

「I liked that room service was every day and staff members were very friendly and helpful. The food of course was very delicious whether it was breakfast, lunch or dinner. However, when it came to getting your drinks on the beach, I think the resort should think about having a beach bar near by.」
