「We where very happy with all facility. Overall the only problem we personally was the 3 steps going in and out of the property. The last step out is very steep and would have liked something to hold on too」

「Firstly, on arrival the allocated bays all had bollards on. I called up and a staff member eventually came out and removed this. 「The room was spacious with a good amount of storage whilst the room did not have air conditioning it was cool and a comfortable temperature, which to say it was 30 degrees outside was good. There was a fan available, but we didn't need to use it. Room was clean and the bathroom was acceptably clean. There was however slight mould spots on some of the grouting and sealant in the shower. 「Harrogate is a nice place to visit. And Yorkshire is well located in front of nice greening and very handy to a lot of shops and restaurants. The breakfast is very nice with nice view. I would definitely want to come visit again 」

「I booked a room specifically for the air conditioning on the two hottest nights of the week. I booked the room through Expedia and checked and double checked that the room was listed as having air conditioning. When I arrived I was told the room did not have air conditioning and none were available. I had no other option to stay on such short notice and could not have got a refund anyway as it was booked through a third party. This is completely unacceptable and, quite frankly, unforgivable.」

「Very reasonable price but we struggled to find horizontal surfaces on which to place phones, wallets and glasses. A couple of small shelves here and there would be greatly appreciated. Likewise, in the absence of wardrobes, options to hang clothes were limited; a few coat hooks on the walls would be a great improvement and take the pressure off the rack on the door. 「It was a pleasant stay however the parking charges per night were not communicated prior to our stay. There also seemed to be poor communication regarding breakfast inclusion. The hotel is quite dated and furniture dusty and old.」
