"If you are looking for a clean, inexpensive place to stay for a night, this is a hdden gem. Right on the highway into Newcastle, close to Pittsburgh, the room we had was clean and, unlike many older motels, had no musty smell. We thought the highway noise might be an issue, but it wasnt. The air/heat fan was a bit noisy, but was effective and was white noise overnight. The beds were firm but ok, good pillows. "The hotel was clean and the lone staff I saw was very friendly. Some maintenance needs done as there is a lot of lime buildup on bathroom fixtures and the safety latch on door was missing. The advertised continental breakfast consisted of coffee, cereal, and toast. There was no butter or jelly visible for the toast, and an option of bagel and cream cheese would have been nice. Overall for $79 a night, it was suitable."
