"The room we got was stunning and everything was incredibly clean and well maintained. The only comment I have is that it is not easy to contact the staff. The Spa was closed (at least we weren't able to open it). I tried calling the number provided several times to ask about it, but I never got a response. Finally, the AC unit in our room was turned on and there were no instructions on how to turn it off or anything. I tried calling to ask, but again no answer. We had to turn on the heating...

"The room was acceptable enough. The hotel itself is run down and needs a complete reno. But inorder to access the hotsprings you have to stay at this resort. We make the best of it and focus on the relaxation of the pools. The beds are comfy and its quiet at night. The staff are.always friendly and helpful and often go out of their way to help make your stay memorable and comfortable. Its very family friendly and also accepts pets in some rooms. Breakfast is good but pricey so sometimes we just...

"Extremely clean, amazing location. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. Beautiful little cafe under the Hotel open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, food for dinner and breakfast was so good. Icecream shop next door and right across the road from the water. I will definitely be back."

"This hotel was difficult to contact after the booking process. They did not contact me to tell me that my reservation was cancel. Because I kept calling, they say “ thank you that you call because your room is full with bugs and you reservation has been cancelled”. They even did not look if i could possibly be accommodated in other room in that hotel. They just wanted to use my card information to book in another hotel."
