"Stayed here a few times as a mid-point on the Canberra to Brisbane drive. The team texted me the late check in details in the morning, knowing I've never made it in to the front counter. That level of personal service makes a difference"
"The property looks old from the outside but the rooms have been renovated. The room was very clean and decorated nicely. It was situated close to the shops and eateries which was very convenient. We would stay again."

The room was fresh & clean, comfy bed, good hot shower & I especially noticed the little detail of having a grey washer for makeup! Once being a cleaner myself, I know how bad some women leave these after cleaning makeup off their face. Even after cleansing sometimes you still have residue and it gets all over the white washer (some even just wipe it on their bath towel). There were even 2 more blue washers in the drawer with 2 cleansing wipes. Well done Richard & Sandy! We plan to return in future.
