「I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The property is in serious need of maintenance and upkeep. The buildings were dirty, poorly maintained, and gave the impression that cleanliness is not a priority. We also encountered a significant bug problem throughout the building. What concerned me the most was the apparent lack of security. The doors did not seem to lock properly and there was a noticeable gap between the door and frame. Someone can easily bypass the lock by sliding a card or...

「This hotel is not what is shown in the pictures. It was evident when I pulled in with my family that the hotel was not clean nor safe due to multiple reasons. We asked for a refund due to the reasons and they refused to refund us. Stay away from this hotel and find some where else even if it cost more money」

「Excellent location with lots of easy free parking. Chef made us a delicious, large portion, plated breakfast each morning. She was extremely helpful answering questions about the property, surrounding sites and places to dine for dinner. Bonus- "The Barn" is located right next to the Inn and had live entertainment both nights we stayed. I highly recommend this Inn if looking to stay in Harper's Ferry!!」
