「Very good 」

「Our room (202) was not cleaned well at all prior to our arrival. There was leftover food from the last guest in the microwave, the last guest left their gym shorts in a drawer and a blanket in the closet. The pullout couch didn’t have a sheet. The skirting for the bed was ripped as well. There was maybe 1 staff onsite. The breakfast option was cereal with maybe an 1/8th of a gallon of milk in a mini fridge. I would not recommend staying here.」

「My family and I stayed here while visiting family in Monson. It was very convenient and safe. We were greeted with smiling faces upon our arrival. The staff were very accommodating and such a joy to interact with. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The breakfast was served hot every morning with a variety of options for my hungry teens. The pool was great on a couple rainy days. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this particular location based on the staff alone....

「The staff were great. The room was large and spacious. The bathroom was also large with a great shower. The back of the hotel was unkept and because of that there were a few bugs in our room. It was a good value for a quick stay just 2 nights. Free wifi and a large TV.」

「Don't miss this lodge hidden in the green hillside near Sturbridge. Nice quiet location, and a neat 2nd storey veranda in Bldg 2 one can access from the upper lot to slow and and chill out. Very reasonable, and fairly priced Thank you.」

「The historic Inn is beautifully maintained and updated and provides a unique experience of staying in a home dating back to the 1600's. Breakfast was delicious and Megan the cook was welcoming and helpful. We always stay at the Black Walnut Inn when in Amherst!」

「The place was dirty with stained carpets. The room had poor lighting, no closet, no place to set your bags down, and smelled like pot. They did have coffee and hot water for tea in the lobby.」
