Staff were mostly helpful, but the pool was very dirty (cloudy where you couldn’t even see the bottom steps in the shallow end or bottom half of wall depth numbers, hair clumps floating everywhere, little bugs floating around), carpets were stained in multiple places down every hallway, stains on room curtains, broken bathroom fans and light fixtures, chipped wall paint and plaster.」

「I stayed for one night and wished I had reserved elsewhere; the hotel was run down, upholstery on all chairs and couches were badly stained in public areas and private rooms, seats with vinyl coverings were cracked and torn all over, every window, door and elevator glass was covered in fingerprints and smudges and the pool area was a mess. I went to go look at the pool and it was a mossy green color, which I was looking forward to go swimming in the hotel pool skipped on that room was fairly clean fell like carpet was kind of sticky probably would not stay here again」

「Really good breakfast all 3 mornings we were there. They packed a delicious picnic lunch for us to take on a hike. Room was clean and neat. Very charming small town. Would stay there again.」

「Most of the staff were rude, if they acknowledged us at all, the room was run down, there was no cover on the bathroom light and the pool (main reason for booking that location) was closed. I was never informed of that before my stay and only realized it because my husband noticed tarps and building supplies in the pool room. The toilet flushed so aggressively that it scared my granddaughter and it would splash dirty toilet water at us.」
