「Room was very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful」

「Beautiful, green grounds and a spotlessly clean property. The staff were the highlight: warm, attentive and genuinely helpful throughout. Breakfast is included and it was excellent. The location works well too. You're in Kambanji, about 10 minutes from most of the eastern suburbs, so Highland Park, La Parada, Mozambik, Ocean Basket and Upstate are all an easy drive. Mukuvisi Woodlands and the city galleries are close enough for a half day out, and Wild Is Life near the airport is worth the trip...

「The rooms were large and totally comfortable and fine but, like most things in Zimbabwe which uses dollars, was very over-priced for what you got. The hotel was fine but I felt it was a mid-range hotel at a high range price.」

「My colleagues and I had a wonderful stay at Highlands. The grounds are beautiful. The room was very comfortable as well. The staff is excellent: super friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay again.」

「As a hotel set up in 1985, RT is Ok. The only suggestion I want to make is the towels are smelly, perhaps need to change detergent.」

「Friendly staff, very helpful, conveniently located within the city centre.」

「The staff were incredibly kind and the food was just perfect, a home cooked meal but the flavor was amazing. We ate there every night! 10/10 would go back!」

「Owner is available 24/7. Staff Chihera did an exceptional job and is always smiling. Amenities in standard rooms need to be upgraded. Enjoyed the meals and friendly staff. The airport shuttle is awesome! I recommend it highly.」

「Plumbing issues」

「基本OK，在哈拉雷算比较好的了。但是跟国内比，也就三星级的水准。只是相对性价比不高。」
