「Unfortunately after I arrived I had to change my plans and checkout as there was a pending snow storm on the way and the roads were in much better condition to leave for home. I checked in shortly after 4 pm and checked out at 11 pm. I always stay at this hotel as the staff is friendly and the breakfast in the restaurant (Redwood Grill) is always delicious. 「Customer service! There was the smallest of issues with my original room, within two min of me messaging I had messages back and a phone call to fix everything. I have never had that level of care in a hotel stay! Rooms are lovely and comfortable. They are not like an ordinary hotel room in the very best way, they all have character. Will stay here again.」
