The front desk staff—Andrew, David, and Michael—are incredibly friendly and provide excellent customer service, ensuring a seamless stay. Kind staff, great location, however things are a little run down. Breakfast buffet wasn’t nice either, better off going out. They offered lots of services as well, but were all priced at double what you could get outside of the hotel. We booked a King bed, but found it was just 2 x double beds put together, so had that ridge in the middle of the bed. Didn’t matter overall, though, as the bed was so huge

Fabulous and friendly hotel.

Nice comfortable room in excellent location. A few minutes walk to the old centre of Hanoi. Breakfast was good. The hotel staff were ever so friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
