"We were really disappointed with our stay. The place was not clean at all — we found hair everywhere, which was very off-putting. The bathroom was dirty and had black bits on the floor, making it feel unhygienic. The freezer was also very dirty, with bits of hair inside it — absolutely unacceptable. "Only one night but loved it. I arrived late from Italy to Zurich to Basel to Lörrach and was so worried when the door was locked after hours. But I rang the bell and a key came out of the box. Finally a night manager came to help me bring in my luggage and I had an amazing sleep after a long day of travel. The breakfast was delicious. Scrambled eggs and croissants and coffee. I wish I could have stayed another night but they’re booked so I moved a couple blocks over to Hotel Stadt."
