「The Arrive is fine. It's a clean, updated nice room in a good location. The amenities don't exist, no coffee or breakfast or anything unless you're paying. Parking isn't free, but free parking is easy on the street. The room itself was just ok, clearly an old renovated motel. No body wash, TV remote didn't work, no wifi to be found. Staff, from our experience, was kinda cold and not very friendly. It's fine, but it's not worth $300+ a night.」

「I booked this hotel because of the positive reviews, beautiful photos, and the specific room that was advertised. Unfortunately, my experience did not match those expectations. Upon arrival, I was not given the room I reserved and paid for, and I was told that because I booked through a third party, nothing could be done. For the price I paid, I expected a much better experience. The hallways smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, the overall cleanliness was below standard, there were not enough...

「We flew in late on a Saturday night and 1 call had the shuttle to the airport. The driver was so nice, friendly and accommodating for it being midnight! Having reserved our rooms ahead of time check in was quick and easy. Our rooms were clean and smelled good. Beds were especially comfortable The hotel is on a beautiful setting with the river right behind it where we could walk on the boardwalk and around the historic area. The patio had great relaxing seating where we chose to drink coffee...

「It was great. The sheets had a stain but they changed them immediately. The pool cabanas need to be cleaned but overall we had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful.」

「Property itself and room was clean and mostly well maintained. Bathroom had some drainage issues in the shower. The biggest problem here is the lack of security in the parking area. You must pay for parking here and there are no cameras which is a major security issue in a high crime area like this one. Our car was broken into in this lot on this property and there was nothing that could be done due to the lack of cameras and security overall. Unless the property is planning on adding security...
