"Very comfortable, clean, and lovely hotel with a luxury quality stay. We loved the buffet breakfast in the morning, a wonderful selection of Japanese and western items. Highly recommend this hotel and it's conveniently located right next to universal studios Japan."

Property was clean and brought a sense of family and togetherness to share with all guests and if wanted to mingle a bit and share their memories together. "Great place, close to station"

"The hotel is about 5 minutes walk to USJ. Staff are very nice. Hotel lobby is very nice with minion theme. Our room has 4 single beds looking out with a view. Room is spacious but once we opened up all four luggage, the room is small and hard to walk. Bathroom is nice, with one sink. No hook for your clothes though. Water pressure is good and the bath tub is good after a full day walking at USJ."

"The staff were very helpful. Breakfast buffet was delicious and even though we came in later we never felt rushed unlike other hotels we've been at. The public bath after a long day was appreciated too. Location was great, room was clean. "

"Pros- proximity to park and room options. We had a room with 4 beds for our family of four. Great water pressure in the shower and I liked the hairdryer. Buffet had a variety of foods but food was not good in my opinion. Coffee was terrible. Cons- This is a VERY basic hotel and it’s dated. Our room was clean but there was definitely a mildew type smell and the only way to explain it, is that the room gave me the ick. No bottled water in room. No pool at the hotel, which was surprising. I guess you get what you pay for but I had higher expectations and this did not meet them. "

"Pretty nice rooms! Has an elevator. The best shower I had was in this hotel out of the my entire stay in Japan. Has a 7/11 only 3 min walk away! Left out one star because it is far walk from a train station, ended up taking a taxi. "
