Location is good, 5-10 min walk to shops and restaurants. Hotel was very clean, hotel staff were good, didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast but room was very comfortable. Would stay again.

Laundry machines. 20 min walk to West Lake.

Free laundry machines but the gym was closed due to refurbishment. Rooms were fine although a little small and the sink was directly in the room rather than a separate bathroom. Breakfast had a good selection and only a 20 minute walk to the West Lake or a £2 taxi ride.

This place is amazing,the staff is super nice ,Any question you have ,they are there for you .Everyone is smiling ,the security guy helped us with 2 big suitcases .The free breakfast is quite decent ,they have some crossaint ,fresh fruits ,mainly Chinese breakfast and Brunchies ,but they are delicious ,they have coffee ,expresso and so on . No place we stayed have washer and dryer ,but they do.It made is so much easier for us ,there are lots of mountains near west lake ,we washed our cloth daily. As far as location ,they are like 20 mins to 30 mins walk from west lake ,but you can always take a taxi .Near there are plenty of local stores ,around the corner there is a farmers market and there is a great bakery store nearby . We enjoyed our staying ,we'll be back .

친절함으론 10성급인 깨끗한 호텔

방은 살짝 좁은느낌이지만 2인이 묵기에는 문제 없을정도입니다. 체크인부터 체크아웃까지 직원들의 친절함이 여느 5성호텔보다 더합니다ㅋㅋ가방만 보면 들어주고, 체크아웃할때는 물까지 챙겨주는 세심함에 감동했습니다. 서호와의 거리가 약간 있는데 걸어서 15분이면 가는 거리라 위치도 매우 좋습니다

Incredible! Luxurious and incredible location but the most important thing is that the staff are incredibly courteous and helpful! I have OCD about germs and this place was immaculate and clean and beautiful. Would 100/10 stay here again!

近代的なホテルなのですが、ちょくちょく完成度が低い感じがします。値段の方も高くないのである意味つり合ってるのかなとも。ただ仏系のホテルで英語があまり通用しないのはちょっと驚き。

We had a 2 nights stay and received very good services at the reception, breakfast. The location is good, u have foods around and in short distance to west lake. Price wise is reasonable in low season.

Room was very good, new. Bed iscomfortable, I can give 10/10. But we cannot adjust the AC from heater in the room. Even though it is winter , but the day we stayed here was hot, we had to open the window (and sweat) which was very noisy outside cause the hotel is closed to the main road. We stayed in the non-smoking floor but still have cigarette smell come out from the bathroom which was very annoying. Need around 15-20 mins walk from hotel to the nearest metro station so be prepared (don't believe what written in the hotel website, it's further).

대만족하고 갑니다!!

정말 만족하고 갑니다!!! 바이두 지도에는 이 호텔이름이 표시되지 않아 첨엔 불안했는데 가보니 딱 그자리에 있었어요!! (Citigo호텔 옆) 우선 직원들이 너무너무 친절하고 좋았어요 들어가자마자 체크인 편하게하라는듯 짐 옆에다 놔주셨구요 나갈때도 계단아래까지 캐리어 들어주셨어요 직원들다 웃음이 장착되어있는 정말 최고의 호텔이었어요 방도 깨끗하고 좋았는데 수건에서 머리카락이 살짝 나온게 좀 그랬어요...ㅠㅠ 그래도 매일매일 깨끗이 청소해주셨어요 조식먹으러 나갔다와보니 청소가 돼있더라구요 안에 사람이없으면 들어와서 청소하고가는거같아요 다음날은 조식안먹고 늦게 일어났더니 청소하러 안들어오셨거든요 관광지 서호랑은 걸어서 10분~15분 정도에요 위치도 나쁘지 않았어요 전반적으로 서비스가 너무 좋아서 정말 만족입니다!!!^^

Trendy hotel but unfortunately I booked an executive room believing they are club rooms. On Arrival they said you have club room... But we have no club so you have a view. False advertising in my opinion, as paid extra for exec room as bfast is normally included. Ended up having to pay for breakfast. Had to find someone that speaks English and had to change rooms as non smoking rooms smelled like smoke in the bathrooms. Smart hotel but the tv casting/wifi doesn't work and when we asked they couldn't understand. Plus side is free self service laundry and robots wondering around delivering things was cool!

Even though this is a 4 stars hotel, but the amenities were refilled everyday. The housekeeping was good. Staff were friendly. The hotel location was convenient to restaurants and attractions around West Lake. The most impressive of this hotel was the robot. They adopted robot to provide basic services like food delivery from lobby to my room. I don’t need to go down and grab my delivery.

시가지에서 가까우면서도 한적한 곳이라 좋았습니다. 숙소도 깨끗했고 직원들도 친절해서 편한 여행이 됐습니다. 특히 Sera 직원이 친절히 대해줘서 기분 좋은 여행이었습니다. 단 냉장고가 현지 온도(그렇게 시원하지 않음)라서 아쉬웠습니다. We enjoyed our trip thanks to Sera staff.
