「Everything was good at the hotel as far as staff and cleanliness. However the water pressure in the shower was really low.」

「There are couple of things I needed to say. Some of the toiletries was empty, I didnt reported it coz it was already a little late when I decided to take a shower and found out that the body wash was empty and the conditioner was almost empty as well. I used shampoo to wash my body. There was no extra toilet paper in the bathroom as well and the towels were only two each. I stayed in different hotels in different countries and this is the only 4 start hotel I stayed at that were very cheap in...

「The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. 」

「Comfort of home away from home!」

「The staff were all amazing, kind, super helpful! We had a great stay. There was a lot of construction in the area which was a pain but the hotel has no control over that. They helped make suggestions for off-site restaurants. I cannot say enough about the friendliness of the staff.」

「Room was very clean enjoyed our stay!!! Parking was great. Staff great as well」

「The air conditioning was out during the stay」

「the room was excellent clean and the bed and pillows sleep so good, The breakfast was good and the staff was great」

「Staff was very friendly. Clean room and breakfast area. Good location.」

「Everything was fabulous from the time we arrived til we left. Beautiful property with historic charm and amazing staff. Breakfast and dinner were delicious! The entire stay was a really special experience. We will definitely return.」

「Our first room had no AC, Rey the desk manager assigned to another room. That room the TV would not work (no signal), she walked us to another room and couldn't get that AC to work, finally the 4th had both. We then found that the pool was closed permanently.....so this hotel I can't recommend to families. Then the workout room was closed.... honestly if weren't so tired from driving - we would have left.」
