「We stayed at this hotel previously and had a good enough experience that we decided to return. Unfortunately, this visit was a completely different story! First, the bathroom lights were broken, leaving the bathroom extremely dim. But that was NOTHING compared to what we discovered next. ROACHES! Yes, roaches in the room! I personally killed two in the bathroom, spotted others around the nightstand, and even found some INSIDE the refrigerator. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable! When we...

「We booked this hotel last minute on our drive home. First impression was the large group of smokers at the entrance just puffing away. The hotel staff on check-in was friendly and helpful. After checking in, we went to our room. Using the elevator, we found that the lights were ripped out and one could see the digital circuit board on the warning lights for the elevator. Entering the hallway from the elevator, you could smell how mold and musty it was. Entering the room, it smelled musty as...
