「Dirty linens were piled on the bed. The room had not been cleaned. They refused to give us a refund. The manager lied and said the room was in disarray due to inspectors coming.」

「Room floor dirty, dusty and fridge was off which had an odor when opened. Three person stay but room only had 2 bath towels. We couldn’t get more until housekeeping came in at 10am. 」

「I checked out within a hour. The room was disgusting, smelled aweful, a plastic bag was over the smoke detector and there was mice. The shower had dirt in it, the towels was stained and the miniblinds were all broke. They even charged me for a pet even though i have a real working service dog. Never again and would not recomend. I stayed the night in my truck instead and i never got a refund. The owner was very sketchy. 」

「We had booked multiple rooms only to find out there were no rooms for us. The hotel did not notify us in advance that the Travelocity booking was unable to be satisfied. Needless to say this is a huge problem if rooms cannot be confirmed and held when an active Travelocity itinerary appeared as though rooms were confirmed 」
