"チェックインからの対応はとても良いです。館内は回廊のようになっていますが、中居さんが説明をしてくれながら部屋まで案内してくれます。 温泉はトロトロのお湯でとても気持ち良かった。会席料理もどれも美味しく満足できました。　 部屋もお風呂もどこも清潔で気持ち良く過ごせます。 平日の宿泊だったのでとてもゆっくりできましたが、繁忙期だと状況も違うかもしれません。また来てみたい宿のひとつです。"

"The restaurant at the first floor was so delicious. Both the free breakfast buffet and the paid for dinner were fulfilling! The staff was very helpful and friendly, hailing me a taxi with an English speaking driver. We had a wonderful conversation! "ホテル花巻、紅葉館と３階の連絡通路で繋がっているので、３館の温泉を楽しめるのがいいです。ただし結構距離はあると思います。夕食、朝食共にビュッフェスタイルですが、夕食は品数も多くて和洋中あり、満足でした。朝食はルートインなどのビジネスホテルと大差ない内容です(違いはオムレツを作ってくれるのと、かに雑炊とアイスがあるくらいで、おかずはむしろ少ないと思います)。"

"During our stay, one of the towels in our room was not clean and had a strong odor, which I unfortunately only discovered after showering and using it. The garage entrance is also extremely narrow, requiring side mirrors to be folded when entering and exiting. After checkout, when retrieving our vehicle, my wife briefly stepped forward to help fold the mirrors (which automatically unfolded when the engine started). The parking attendant repeatedly shouted “No! No! Out! Out!” at her, even after she had already stopped and was trying to explain what she was doing. I understand there may be safety or liability policies regarding access to the garage, but the way this situation was handled felt unnecessarily aggressive and left us with a negative impression at the end of our stay."
