My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and had a wonderful time. We weren't sure about having the Japanese cuisine for both breakfast and dinner but it was such a great experience. We are very glad we chose to add the half-board to our stay. The sound of the stream at night was lovely and also really enjoyed the onsen. We were originally hoping to have an in room onsen, but ended up enjoying the public onsen. It was a new experience and we would definitely do this again. The food is amazing and the staff is extremely kind and accommodating.
The only thing I would say about our stay is that my husband needed an extra mat to sleep on as he has a bad shoulder and needed a bit of extra padding. The staff was very accommodating and got us an extra mat right away.
