"This place is not for the average traveller. Plan on a large budget. The breakfast buffet for two with one mimosa each ran roughly $160 after tip. Dinner for two was a little over $400, after tip. The Luao for two was around $850. It was our 10-year anniversary, and I was well prepared and fully expected the expense. To me, it was worth it, and I would definitely come back again. Andaz has a very nice selection of swimming pools; there's even one just for grown-ups. The staff was always helpful, and a cocktail was always nearby. There's also plenty to keep you busy around the hotel. We did a snorkel tour and a dinner cruise. Both were incredible."

"This place was amazing, nicest place I’ve ever stayed. The room was big and clean. The staff were great….from the front desk staff to the room service women. Staff was also helpful when we asked questions I’m sure they’ve heard 1000 times. The restaurants were good, but pricey. We tried them all but preferred going to the areas close by and supporting the smaller dining areas. There’s other beaches, shopping, food, golf and I’m sure a bunch of other things nearby. Pool bar closed early, around 6pm so that was a bummer. "

"I just stayed for the room and did activities elsewhere, but the hotel was pretty nice, good shower and beds. There isnt a full breakfast, but thats on the description. The AC is a old model, so it is a little bit more noiser, but cools well (edit: actually looking at the room picture it seems the is a new AC and maybe I used the wrong one,"

"The hotel is located in a beautiful area. The best beaches are only 5–7 minutes away by car, and the same goes for restaurants. Our room was nice but slightly outdated. The shower, kitchen, and toilet were clean, though the floor and drawers had a bit of dust. The air conditioner worked fine, but if they had a SPLIT A/C system, the place would be perfect—even with the older furniture. Housekeeping came every day to change towels and sheets when needed. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Overall, the hotel’s location and staff were the best parts of our stay."

"We used this property for a technician working in the area, and he found it very nice and comfortable. The location was convenient, with grocery stores nearby, which made his stay easier since he was there for a few days. There’s no cleaning service provided, so you’re responsible for tidying up after yourself, but the comfort of the property makes it well worth it. "
