Booked last minute and was initially nervous about the self check-in (no front desk after 5pm), but it was incredibly easy and the customer care team was responsive and reassuring. 「The pool was very nice. Nice seating etc. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The Tiki Bar at the Deep was very great, very comfortable. Food was ok. Not much of a restaurant sort of all blended into one for lunch and dinner. My room was on the 1st floor overlooking the pool. It smelled really musty. Bad.
