「Centrally located and perfect for a weeks stay. Hidden House is great for a light breakfast or glass of wine.」

「Great location with well-appointed amenities. An overall excellent value. The only two things I would caution future guests about are the noise from the two bars located directly behind the property and the lack of soundproofing between units. While neither was a major issue for my husband and me, I do think they're worth mentioning. The bars were particularly loud on Friday and Saturday nights, and we could consistently hear guests in both the neighboring unit and the one above us. If you're a...

「For $700 a night, a guest should at least be able to sleep. Upon checking in, we were assigned Room 301 (located directly beneath the kitchen and breakfast area) and immediately heard loud commotion from above. We asked the front desk if the noise would be a problem during the morning breakfast rush, but they simply said "maybe" but claimed no other rooms were available to move us to. AND to call in the morning if its an issue. Sure enough, the heavy noise started incredibly early and was...

「Great location. Top notch service. Great good. Rooftop bar is the best in Charleston. Large rooms. Comfortable beds.」

「We've stayed at the Restoration multiple times over the past 5+ years. We love the location and the room types as they are very nicely designed and spacious. However, we have noticed over the past two stays that the rooms, specifically the bathrooms, are in much need of a remodel. We stayed in room 305 this week and the smell of mold/mildew is very strong. The shower is a mess, showerhead was leaking all around the connection point and the TVs would not connect to the streaming services...

「I loved the bed so much, I was so comfortable」

「Hotel stay was fine but when I purchased the hotel stay through Expedia I was told the price included all taxes and fees. When I checked out I was charged an additional $45/day in taxs and fees.」

「One of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. Just be aware of the nightly valet charges and other fees not shown on Expedia.」

「Excellent communications.. Unit had everything you would need to make your stay comfortable.」

「Shops nearby」

「The property was quiet. The amenities of the nice breakfast (always brought to room on time), availability of snacks and drinks were nice touches. The staff and property experience were top notch.」

「Great location. Off site management company was a little different. Parking is minimal but the room was lovely and a short walk to the action on King Street. Recommend!」
