「When we checked in on 3/17 the lady at the desk that evening was not welcoming at all. That was a major turnoff from entering the door… not Welcome, not Hello, just do you have a reservation…. Like why do you think we’re here lady ? Most rooms are up about 20 stair, I got help with my bags my husband did not. When we checked out no help to bring bags downstairs. If you like a semi-soft springy mattress this is the place. Location is great but that’s about it. 」
